[Solar-talk] Newbie questions

In my experience I place the public folder right in my htdocs folder if I
can not symlink the folder (e.g. a Windows setup). With my current setup, I
keep my public folder in my Vendor directory somewhere (under the Apps
folder would work, but I keep my public folder in my root Vendor directory (
e.g. /vendor/public). The reason for this is that if I want to move my
project to another location or server, etc, I only need to copy my Vendor
folder.

Its really up to you where you want to keep it, if at all. I would suggest
some logical place.
