Hold your horses! you don't neccessarily need to "rebuild" dbs into
ut-f8. Just make sure the connection uses UTF-8. This way, for
example, mysql knows that it is supposed to convert content to ut-f8
before sending to client. It also converts the data back to the
encoding in which the data is stored in the db.
