hello!
not that i know, and it would be very nice to have one. it would be
nice if it could:

  * extract all keys from a master locale (en_US by default) to create
new ones - a must have, imo
  * generate a report about existing locales (to check for
completeness) - nice to have

problems to solve:

    * how to present/manage inherited values for class locales?
