It was a quick hack. I took an existing markdown plugin for DokuWiki
and replaced the PhpMarkdown call by Solar_Markdown_Wiki. Now anything
between <markdown></markdown> tags is parsed by Solar_Markdown_Wiki.
It will work well for the manual at least, and for those that prefer
Markdown.

Yes, I'd request access to the server to do the migration (also need
to move existing trac pages, but they're not a lot anyway).
