Hi Jeff -- for good or ill, your report sparked a lot of new changes  
(revisions 3107-3115, but *especially* 3110).

In short, Solar_Sql_Model::countPages() now honors eager joins ;-) but  
be sure to look over the full set of log entries for other notes.
