[Solar-talk] Move Solar.php to Solar/Solar.php ?

I think I'm also among those who lobbied for this way back in the  
early days of my Solar use.

It's really the PEAR naming convention that's flawed in this way --  
as it came about before the magic of svn:externals was available.

As a heavy user of svn:externals, I'm in favor of making this move.  
There's always an exception to the rule.

One thing to consider (perhaps) -- is Solar.php even necessary anymore?

With Solar's spl_autoload support, a lot of what's in Solar.php be  
moved into Solar_Base?

I haven't thought that idea through all the way, but this might be an  
opportunity to kill 2 birds with one stone (get rid of the big-parent- 
static-method-thing, and play nice with svn:externals), *without*  
breaking the naming convention.
