hmm, maybe it is not that bad, because every other option I think
seems worst. :)

andreas, there is already a "findReal()" method. it also receives just
the file name, so findAbsolute() would be equivalent to it, but used
when the stack doesn't have absolute paths (findReal() only works if
you have a stack with absolute paths).
