It really seems things start to settle. I guess the only big things I
really haven't touched are the new ORM and the new filter package. The
ORM package will probably see many bug fixes, but other than that, I
think the code is pretty stable.

I was about to say 0.29 but after looking at the todo list I realized
how "done" Solar really is :-D
