I'm good with that, or perhaps "pkg" (for "packages", since that's  
what PEAR calls it's distribution tarballs).  The name isn't *that*  
important, but it's important enough that we want to cover common use  
cases.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?  Jeff Moore, are you relatively  
satisfied by the considerations thus far?
