[Solar-talk] Borrowing from Solar?

I have a question about using code from Solar and modifying it for my  
own purposes.
Does the license or the copyright prevent me from doing so?
If not, does it prevent me from including Solar code in my own open- 
source projects?
If not again, what is the proper way to give credit to Solar and it's  
contributors for code used in my own projects?
