I cant find any thing that is differant however I don't have admin access to 
the server/php/mysql setup so I cant be sure.

In any case the error you picked up in the _sendHeaders() method solved the 
problem. 

So probably just as well that the error was generated as it might have gone 
unfound as it seems most server setups dont mind it.
