Yeh same with my local sever also did not have a problem with it, my live 
sites are on a shared hosting server (dreamhost) in the USA which for what 
ever reason caused it to choke when served that header line.

That incorrect _sendHeaders() code was in svn prior to Paul joining all 3 
branches which still worked fine, it was only after the join and after I 
started using the new App branch code that the problem arose, not too sure 
why.
