There is a note about Solar 0.27.1 release in the latest php|architect magazine, released on April 23 (an which I only downloaded today - I'm a subscriber of the pdf edition). The note, in the php|news section, basically reproduces Paul's post about the release, and includes Solar logo et al. Jus FYI. :) rodrigo
