[Solar-talk] Code version to start out with

I'm starting a new project and am planning on using Solar for it.  What 
version would you recommend I use?  Should I use the 0.27.1 alpha that's 
for download on the homepage or should I go with a fresh checkout from 
svn?  I don't want to get too far in development and have parts change 
(new Model code for example).  My start date is flexible (it's a 
personal project) so if you are planning a new stable release with the 
new model code should I wait for that?  Also if there are any aspects of 
the framework you need help on with development I'd love to lend my 
abilities.
