I've seen the commits related to the css-framework in the controller branch,
and can't wait to take a look at it, specially the forms parts et al.
Regarding layou structures, some time ago I found ___layouts:

    http://layout.constantology.com/

And was pretty amazed with it, but haven't tried it yet. Do you guys have
tried / looked at it and have something to say? Perhaps it can be useful to
the css-framework, as it has a completely opened license.
