[Solar-talk] solar requirements

I need to make a Solar requirements list - all extensions and the
minimal PHP version required, to make a script that users can run to
test if a Solar app can work on a server.

Besides PDO and drivers, SPL, Filter, which other extensions should be checked?

Also, will Filter be an absolute requirement or an user could develop
a replacement for it, in case it is unavailable? Will Solar require
5.2 with no way to use 5.1.x or something?
