[Solar-talk] Solar_Mail_Transport_None

Hi,
Just a tiny idea: an empty mail adapter following the idea of
Solar_Auth_Adapter_None: Solar_Mail_Transport_Adapter_None, a
"mail-transport adapter that never sends a message". I'm using one
like this, and I think it is useful. When I'm developing it's usually
convenient to turn e-mails off, and I used to do this spreading flags
in the code to check if e-mails should be sent (dirty, dirty!). Of
course this can be better solved with an adapter.
