[Solar-talk] Advance notice of 0.28.0 release

Hi everyone,

I'm targeting the release date of 0.28.0-alpha for June 30/July 1; I  
want you guys (if you can) to hammer the hell out of the current SVN  
codebase and let me know what's wrong, what needs fixing, etc.

The new Model class is not ready for prime-time yet, and probably  
won't be for 0.28, but that plus Solar_DataFilter and a better- 
integrated Solar_Form are on my list for 0.29.  With luck we'll get a  
console controller class too, for command-line applications.

After that, plus various little fixes, Solar should be ready for beta  
status -- I can't think of any more major features that would be  
required/necessary for a framework core.
