Those guidelines appear to be listed here:

Are you actually seeing problems with the helpers right now in MSIE,  
or is your concern more academic at this point?

If you are seeing problems, can you say which of the guidelines are  
broken by any of the helpers?  If you can pinpoint the failures, I  
will attempt to remedy.  I neither have nor use MSIE, so I can't do  
it myself.
