[Solar-talk] Bookmark/tag patch

Attached is the patch I needed to apply to get the bookmark app 
working.  Without it, 'name' is ambiguous.  It seems that that would be 
a pretty common column, so I'd say the tags should always be explicit.

Also, I could not view the bookmarks/add without a series of notices 
until I set date.timezone in the php.ini file.  I hadn't run into this 
before, but it's a change in behavior in 5.1 it looks like:
