Great minds must think alike.  All this talk about gForge and such had 
me thinking of Trac and how I wish it had multi-repo support.  Or does 
it now?

Anyhow, for a repo user contributed code, what about adding a /vendors/ 
path to the Solar repo?  It'd add some traffic to the commit list, but 
would help keep things all in one place.
