[Solar-talk] tests in the browser

Sorry, it's me again. Maybe it would be simpler to just to check if
$config is set or not before setting it in test.php. Set it only if it
is not set, so you can run the tests with a different configuration.
On command line the configuration file could be an optional argument.
It's just an idea; I wonder if you run the tests using the command
line with file logging turned on without duplicating / changing the
test files. Do you?
