[Solar-talk] Test Suite / 'run' = false

How to skip a test from the test suite? I tried to follow the default
config.inc.php example:

$config['Test_Solar_Markdown']['run'] = false;

... but the test is not skipped. For some reason, Test_Solar_Markdown
is breaking my Apache. I've logged it and the crash happens on
Test_Solar_Markdown::test_Markdown_Documentation_Basics.
