Yes it does thanks, basicly what I ended up doing.

Yeah was having a brain slap at the time and could not see the wood for the 
trees, you know me ask first think second ;-)
What helps now is the nice group of guys that is starting to evolve, sharing, 
talking about what they are doing, I sit quitely and listen and learn! 
hopefully soon I will be able to contribute something useful :-)
