I'm advocating replacing Solar_Test (eventually, not over night) with 
SimpleTest.  The plan would be use SimpleTest for all new tests, as bugs 
are discovered, use it for documenting them and insuring they aren't 
re-introduced into new code.  As time allowed, we would start 
refactoring the test codes in Solar_Test so it used the new SimpleTest 
framework.
