Well, let me put it this way:  each of you should use whatever you  
think is most convenient.  If a Google Code project is where you want  
to host stuff, that is totally cool; you can link to it from the  
community wiki.  If someone else wants to wait around for a  
solarphp.org SVN account, that is fine too.  I don't think that one  
will have precedence over the other.  Does that make sense?

This sounds very reasonable to me, but of course the .org site is for  
you guys, so whatever you think is best *is* best.  :-)
