[Solar-talk] Solarphp.org Trac in place

Rodrigo asked me about this a day or two ago, and I failed to reply.

The new solarphp.org Trac installation is in place, with wiki and  
everything.  You can all start using it as the community wiki: add/ 
change/delete pages, etc.
