[Solar-talk] New PHPUnit3 Tests

Hi, Travis.
Your coordinates are great, however I'm having some problems to run
the tests on Windows. First, I had to replace ':' by PATH_SEPARATOR in
configRunner.php. Then at least I got some errors. A lot of them are
in ViewTest.php line 12:

    Solar::start('tests/config.inc.php');

Is this supposed to be *my* config file?
