[Solar-talk] New PHPUnit3 Tests

Hey all,

I've been working on porting all of the current Solar_Test tests into 
PHPUnit3 tests per the conversation we had a few weeks (a month now?) 
ago.  The tests are all ported and I've started some information about 
them on the wiki.

How to install and run them and information about testing is available
