[Solar-talk] Domain51 repo change

Hey all,

Just a quick note for those of you who watch my repo, I've moved it over 
to Google Code so I can use their issue tracker and have a straight set 
of revision #s for the Solarized code.

The new code is available at: http://code.google.com/p/solarphp-domain51/

As a side note, Google Code does not implement any sort of svnadmin load 
feature, but I found a pretty spiffy tool for handling that sort of 
thing in svk (http://svk.elixus.org/view/SyncReposBetweenServers).  
Aside from operator error in the import, everything worked perfectly.
