[Solar-talk] config inheritance in helpers

I was still using Vendor_View_Helper and had renamed the Vendor_View_Helper 
etc

I removed them and put them in the Solar_View_Helper directory with original 
naming and it works.

Which is great, only tried the simple decorator still need to adapt and add my 
own stylesheets etc.

I assume that you will sort them so they will run from either your vendor name 
space or at least from my vendor mane space. Unless Paul adds them to the 
official Solar branch it no good having them only run under Solar Name space.

Just one thing, I know that this is due to my in-experiance by that is an 
awfull lot of code to just produce simple pagination, surely it is over 
complicated?

Just ignore me if I am talking $%^% :-)

But looks good so far, keep at it!
