[Solar-talk] Solar 0.22.1 released

Two bugfixes in this one:


* Solar_Controller_Page

     * Fixed helper stack elements for Vendor_App_Helper in _getView()
       and _getLayout(); thanks, Rodrigo Moraes.

* Solar_Sql_Table

     * Method fetchNew() now honors $this->_row_class instead of
       hardcoded 'Solar_Sql_Row'
