[Solar-talk] Solar 0.22.0 released

Bug in 0.22.0 has been fixed in SVN:

* Solar_Sql_Table::fetchNew() now honors $_row_class property instead  
of returning hardcoded Solar_Sql_Row

Let me know if you find other bugs, I'll roll a 0.22.1 release with  
them tomorrow.
