Have to be done by you manually (sorry).  It was in the change notes,  
but of course if you're doing a lot of upgrades one time you might  
have missed that.  Basically, check the docs/migrate directory;  
you'll see a folder with migration instructions for different  
versions.  You probably want 0.19.0-0.20.0 and/or 0.20.0-0.21.0.
