Hi Rodrigo,

Paul and I have both noticed this on occasion ... a couple of his  
Markdown related commits today didn't get sent out either.

I've also had problems with cvsspam on other projects ... it's  
particularly bad at getting the message out about new directories of  
files.

Not sure what the fix would be ... cvsspam is written in Ruby, and  
while I've sifted through the source a couple of times, it's  
difficult to follow where this particular problem would be happening.

There are a lot of patches flying around on the cvsspam-devel list,  
but no new release of the package in about a year.
