longtime lurker here. The discussion on the list recently has been
great, both for exposure to some of the things you can do with solar
and to see the community around it growing. I'm finally getting
around to updating my server to use php5 and that'll give me a chance
to use solar.
For working with svn, the subversion book is a good source:
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/
Jerff, it sounds like you want to use svn export:
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn-
book.html#svn.ref.svn.c.export
although then, you won't be able to use svn update in that directory
to get bugfixes and new code.
