I like that one; good breakdown of the common layouts.  As Clay says,  
this fits nicely with the One True Layout article.

I like this one too, esp. as regards naming standards.  Whether those  
are the names to adopt is a different matter, but certainly we should  
have a standard set of semantic names for content parts.
