Me too - sorry for replying to my own post.

By "neutral place" I meant: the domain would be owned by Paul, if he
agrees. Paul? Just to ensure to everybody we are in an 'official'
place, an open place driven by the community. And Paul could focus on
what he does best - coding and being kind, and could come to exercise
his benevolent dictator's rights from time to time. We would help
organizing resources (docs, tutorials, brainstorms, proposals,
modules) to be used by everybody. It wouldn't demand much time: we
install a wiki, add Solar colors and logo, done. That's a start, like
Antti said some time ago. Just a wiki would be a good start. The rest
comes with time. I'm a volunteer to help with this.
