No, it is not! That's the topic idea - to make a reasonable proposal
for Solar generic layouts.

Yesterday night I resurrected my YUI grids playground to see what
could be done. I haven't gone much far, mainly because I haven't found
a simple way to have fluid layouts *and* control over the columns
widths and the grids paddings. This is a YUI Grids restriction, as
they say, and so if there is no simple solution... it would be
difficult for me to use them. Not that they don't have any use.

Maybe you could provide some layout & css examples? So we could
evaluate the possibilities.
